Buffalo Chicken Wings


1 stick butter
2 tbs. Grey Poupon Mustard
2 tbs. honey
8 - 10 tbs. Casa Zamora Hot Sauce
36 - 48 chicken wing
Cut off tips of wings and discard. Pat dry. Deep fry at 400 degrees for 10 -12 minutes. Drain. (only fry 6-8 wings at a time)
Combine butter, honey, mustard, and Casa Zamora Hot Sauce in a saucepan and heat. Soak wings in sauce for 15 minutes.
Put in shallow baking pan and bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour. Baste wings with remaining sauce about half way through
baking. Serve with celery sticks, bleu cheese dressing and Casa Zamora Hot Sauce.
