Casa's Manicotti
8 oz. manicotti shells
15 oz. ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 cups spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup Casa Zamora Hot Sauce
1 tsp. parsley
Prepare pasta as directed. Mix ricotta cheese, 1 1/2 cup mozzarella, egg, 1/4 cup parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
Spoon into pasta shells. Place filled shells into a greased 9" by 13" pan. Pour sauce over shells and sprinkle with remaining
mozzarella and parmesan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
