Spanish Skillet Breakfast
1 tsp. finely diced onion
3 tsp. finely diced green pepper
1/2 cup meat of your choice. We recommend Chidizo (Mexican spiced pork)
1 tbs. Casa Zamora Hot Sauce
Add oil to cover bottom of skillet. Add vegetables, meat and Casa Zamora Hot Sauce. When fully cooked add eggs.
Heat Ranchero ingredients in a pan over medium low until sauce is entirely melted. Pure over prepared eggs.
Add oil to cover bottom of skillet. Add vegetables, meat and Casa Zamora Hot Sauce. When fully cooked add eggs.
Crack eggs in separate bowl and whisk before pouring them into skillet and mixture. Stir eggs and ingredients until fully cooked
1/4 cup shredded cheddar fold in toward end of cooking. Serve with freshly chopped cilantro as a garnish.
