Originating in 1969, Casa Zamora got its start as a small family-owned and operated Authentic Mexican Restaurant located in Albert Lea, Minnesota. Our history began centuries ago as entire Mexican civilizations were built and centered around family and food. Staying true to its roots, the Zamora family still works together and has more than a century and a half of combined in-house experience and more than three-and-a-half decades of restaurant service. However, the true legacy of Casa Zamora is the secret family recipes that have been perfected and passed from generation to generation. With that in mind, the Zamoras have taken a fresh new approach to foodservice by supplying Authentic Mexican Staples to the masses by private labeling our signature products.
